D&C Mekanik was established as a design office in Istanbul by our General Manager Doruk Özenen under the leadership of Mr Tuncer Özenen with over 40 years of industry and trade experience. When Doruk Özenen set out to bring our own brand ASEL TURNIKE to the sector by using production technologies that will add value to our country after a 20-year professional management career, he made the vision of being a company that offers the highest quality service in the sector as an indispensable goal and the most important element of our corporate culture.
When our first productions started on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, our production and technical service area was 150m2. In order to respond to the demands of our growing customer network with our mutual trust-based relationships we established with our customers in a short time, first our European side technical service office and then our European side sales office were added to our structure and our total service & production area reached 600m2.
We continue to offer innovative and original turnstile productions, technical services and software solutions to the needs of companies and institutions with our customer-oriented service understanding that we have maintained since our establishment.
As D&C Mekanik, we have implemented international quality management systems in order to meet the needs of our customers in an accurate and error-free manner and to provide sustainable quality. In this context, we have received our Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015; Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management System ISO 10002: 2018; Corporate Risk Management System ISO 31000: 2018 certificates.
In 2023, we moved our production area in Istanbul to our Sakarya factory in order to respond faster to our increasing production capacity and customer demands. Currently, all of our production is carried out in our production facilities, which are 1500 m2 closed and 2500 m2 open with a total of 4000 m2.
Our technical service points and sales offices continue to serve as showrooms on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul.
